About the Prosperity Summit
The Prosperity Summit (formerly the Assets Learning Conference, or ALC) brings together thousands of professionals working to ensure that everyone in our country has a clear path to financial stability, wealth and prosperity. With financial insecurity and inequality at all-time highs, now is the time for service providers, advocates, researchers, philanthropists and others to come together to share best practices and offer lessons about the products, policies and partnerships needed to ensure all families can thrive. As the only event of its kind to address the entire range of moments that affect an individual’s or family’s financial well-being, the Summit convenes advocates and practitioners about savings and government investments for adults and children, homeownership as a pathway to wealth, strategies to close the racial wealth divide, the integration of financial capability services and more.
We know that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to helping families climb the economic ladder. Each Summit season, we design a Summit program to offer something for everyone, no matter what issues you work on or how you propel people toward prosperity.

Prior to 2018, the Prosperity Summit was known as the Assets Learning Conference (ALC). Since then, Prosperity Now and our broader field have continued to evolve to bring about the transformation of an economy that truly works for all of us – and so we reimagined our convening to become the Prosperity Summit.
